If you run your business on Keypoint
Email support@keypointhq.com and a person answers within one business day. Include your business name, the page or screen you were on, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot helps.
If you booked, signed, or received a report through Keypoint
The business you hired runs its own appointments, agreements, reports and invoices. For anything about your appointment, your report, or a payment, contact that business directly using the details on the page or email they sent you. They can see and change things we cannot.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account yourself, in the app or on the web. A team member’s account is deleted right away; the work they did stays with their business, along with their name and licenses as the record of who performed it. When an owner deletes a business, it is kept for 90 days so its data can be downloaded or the business restored, and then it is deleted for good.
Without the app, email support@keypointhq.com from the address you sign in with. We confirm it is you, then handle the request the same way. How to delete your account has the steps.
